Team Administrator & Communication Co-ordinator

The Hermitage Team is seeking a friendly, approachable and self-motivated colleague for our Ministry Team who will support their work across seven parishes by managing key administration tasks.

You will be un-phased by technology and bring experience of Microsoft Word and Excel and preferably some experience of database management programs and simple website editing, although training will be given in these areas.

The successful candidate will become a hub for communication across the Hermitage Team and be the first point of contact for those wishing to arrange a baptism or wedding in our churches.

This is self-employed role for 8 hours per week at a rate of £10.00 per hour. We imagine this will be a home-based role with an occasional need to meet with members of the Ministry Team.
